Biographical Information

Minoru Ichihara signed with the Nankai Hawks in 1969, and he only played one game before he announced his retirement in 1970. He then became the fielding coach of the Hanshin Tigers from 1979 to 1980 and for the Hawks from 1981 to 1982. His son Kei Ichihara also played in NPB.
