Biographical Information

Matt Watson debuted for the Doosan Bears on April 4, 2009, going 1 for 4 with a double. He hit just .184/.262/.368 in 10 games for Doosan that season and was let go.

Watson returned to the major leagues in 2010, after not playing at that level since 2005. In 30 at-bats with the Oakland Athletics, he hit .200 with 1 home run (the first of his career) and 4 RBI.
