Biographical Information[edit]
Len Rivers coached football at the high school and college level for over 40 years. He also was head baseball coach at Princeton University from 1976-1980, working with Bob Tufts there. He went 74-82.
After graduating from Springfield College in 1957, Rivers served 2 years in the United States Army.[1] He coached football, basketball, and baseball at Stamford Catholic High School. He was an assistant football coach and assistant professor of physical education at University of Connecticut. He was an assistant football coach for 2 years at Princeton before taking over the baseball team.
