Biographical Information[edit]

Reliever Kevin Landry played in the Baltimore Orioles in 2009 and 2010, going 0-0 with 43 strikeouts and a 5.27 ERA in 27 1/3 innings over 14 relief appearances for the Aberdeen IronBirds his first year and 2-1 with a 2.88 mark in 16 games for the Delmarva Shorebirds his second. Combined, he went 2-1 with a 4.13 ERA in 30 games; in 52 1/3 innings, he allowed 53 hits and 25 walks (1.490 WHIP), while striking out 64 batters.

He was originally taken by the club in the 21st round of the 2009 amateur draft, one pick after hurler Phil Irwin, and was signed by scout Dean Albany. He had previously played for the Bourne Braves of the Cape Cod League in 2008, posting a 4-1 record and 1.80 ERA in 16 games (2 starts) there.
