Biographical Information

Kento Yachi was drafted by the Chunichi Dragons in the first round of the development phase in the 2009 NPB draft, and he only pitched 8 games combined in his first three seasons. He pitched 9 games with a 3.86 ERA in 2013, but he didn't reach the top team in 2014 and he was released. The Chiba Lotte Marines picked him up, and he recorded a 4.50 ERA in 10 appearances in 2015 then he announced his retirement.
