Biographical Information[edit]
First baseman Joe Curci started his college career at Rollins College and redshirted his freshman year. He then transferred to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) where he started all but one game in his four-year career. While at RPI, Curci earned both a bachelor's in Business & Management and a master's in Data Analytics.
After leaving RPI, Curci spent some amount of time working in the Miami Marlins professional scouting department. In September 2023, the College of Saint Rose hired Curci as an assistant coach for the 2024 season. Curci turned to coaching professional baseball players as a development coach for the ACL Cubs in 2025 and Knoxville Smokies in 2026.
