Biographical Information

Jamdrick Cornelia has pitched in the minors.

He was signed by New York Mets scout Luis Scheker in January 2023. He allowed two runs and four walks in 2/3 IP for the 2023 DSL Mets Blue. He made good progress in 2024, split between the DSL Mets Orange and DSL Mets Blue, going 1-1 with 3 saves, a 2.63 ERA and 30 K in 27 1/3 IP. He went 3-0 with four saves and a 2.76 ERA for the 2025 DSL Mets Orange. He then made the Kingdom of the Netherlands roster for the 2026 World Baseball Classic. He and fellow youngster Ryjeteri Merite were the only southpaws on their staff.
