Biographical Information

Isaiah Paige pitched for the University of Michigan Wolverines from 2019-2021.

Sources indicate that Paige worked as a pitching coach for Dallas College in the fall of 2021, but no details were given; it is unclear which campus he was affiliated with. The Baltimore Orioles hired him as a fundamentals coach with the Aberdeen IronBirds in 2022 and a pitching development coach at the Florida complex in 2023. He returned to college as an assistant coach at Butler University in 2024 and University of Missouri in 2025. Paige then moved back to the pro ranks as assistant pitching coach of the Portland Sea Dogs in 2026.
