Biographical Information

Hidetoshi Ibaragi has played in Nippon Pro Baseball. His brother Yuta Ibaragi also played in NPB.

Ibaragi was drafted by the Hanshin Tigers in the 4th round of the 2022 NPB draft; the scout was Kazuya Tsutsui. He stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in his first two seasons (his 7 wins in 2024 tying Yuya Yanagi for 3rd in the Western League), and he pitched 2 2/3 shutout innings in 2025.
