G-Shawn Luther was the youngest player on the Federated States of Micronesia national team in the 2025 Pacific Mini-Games. Despite his youth, he was their starting left fielder. He was retired by Ray Rumong of champion Palau his first time up but had three hits against Francisco Lieto the next day and scored twice in a 6-5 upset of the defending titlist, the Northern Mariana Islands. He hit .250/.368/.250 with 3 runs and 4 RBI in 5 games, fielding .857. Only Fritz Mendiola Jr. drove in more runs for Micronesia. ^[1]
