Emmanuel Surun

Emmanuel Surun was on the first French national team in an Intercontinental Cup, the 1991 Intercontinental Cup. Splitting first base with Arnaud Fau, he hit .333/.375/.333 and handled 39 chances error-free. While not a full-timer, he led the team with three runs while his two RBI were one behind team co-leaders David Meurant and Carlos Jiminian. He led the club in average (.083 ahead of Meurant) and OBP (.059 ahead of Anthony Meurant) while he tied Emmanuel Dang Van for their top slugging. His Division Elite career ended in 2001 with the Paris Université Club.
