Elizabeth, NJ

Elizabeth is located in eastern New Jersey, on Newark Sound south of Newark, NJ and Newark International Airport, and west of Staten Island, NY. It was created in 1855 by the merger of Elizabethtown, also known as Elizabeth Township, and the borough of Elizabeth.
