Biographical Information

Eliki Wainiqolo debuted for the Fijian national team in the 2025 Pacific Mini-Games. In his first game, he replaced Mur­phy Sorovakatini at catcher during a loss to the Northern Mariana Islands. He struck out against Jose Deleon but reached when Franko Nakamura had a passed ball on the play. He finished the Games 0-for-3 and drew a walk from Brian Camacho. He fielded .800 and allowed 7 steals in 7 tries, finishing third in steals allowed, behind David Santos and Sorovakatini.
