Biographical Information[edit]
Davy" Seisler was a minor league first baseman, outfielder, and catcher who played professionally from 1894 through 1903. Born in Illinois in March 1874, he appeared for the Peoria Distillers, Des Moines Prohibitionists, Peoria Blackbirds, Bloomington Blues, Des Moines Hawkeyes, Evansville River Rats, Cedar Rapids Rabbits, and Dayton Veterans.
He later coached baseball at Bradley Polytechnic Institute in 1904 and 1905.[1][2]
