The DSL Reds represented the Cincinnati Reds in the Dominican Summer League from 1998-2012, one of the last MLB teams to have a DSL affiliate. Additionally, the Reds sent players to a second team in 2008 and 2012, the DSL Diamondbacks/Reds. They also had a second team in 2013-2017 and 2024, the DSL Rojos.
Daniel Corcino, Enerio Del Rosario, Johnny Cueto, Marcos Mateo, Denis Phipps Pedro Viola are among the team's products.
