2026 CWS Regionals

The field of 64 teams in the 2026 NCAA Division I Baseball Championship is broken down into 16 four-team Regionals, played at the home site of the #1 seed from each bracket beginning May 29. The Regionals are a double-elimination format. The top team in each bracket advances to the Super Regionals, a best of three series. The Regionals are grouped together in pairs for the Super Regionals.

The national top 16 seeds are 1. UCLA, 2. Georgia Tech, 3. Georgia, 4.Auburn, 5. North Carolina, 6. Texas, 7. Alabama, 8. Florida, 9. Southern Mississippi, 10. Florida State, 11. Oregon, 12. Texas A&M, 13. Nebraska, 14. Mississippi State, 15. Kansas, and 16. West Virginia.

Tarleton St. makes its first appearance in the D1 regionals. Kansas hosts a regional for the first time ever.

UCLA became the first national #1 seed to lose its first game since the format was introduced in 1999.
