2011 National Baseball Congress World Series
The 2011 National Baseball Congress World Series was played at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium in Wichita, KS. 32 teams from 12 different states participated in the double-elimination tournament.
The Santa Barbara Foresters of the California Collegiate League won their third NBC crown as they beat Alaska's Peninsula Oilers 1-0 in the final. They finished the tournament unbeaten.
Foresters pitcher Mitch Mormann of Wichita State University was named tournament MVP.
