Biographical Information

Zi-Jie Liu has played in the CPBL.

Liu signed with the Rakuten Monkeys after he went undrafted in the 2023 CPBL Draft, and he hit .218/.271/.286 in 65 games in the minors in 2024. He recorded a .209/.275/.273 batting line in 46 games there in 2025 and he debuted on April 22, 2026 against the Fubon Guardians; he got his first career hit against Ping-Hung Chen.
