Biographical Information

Yuto Kimura has pitched in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Kimura represented Japan in the 2023 U-18 Baseball World Cup, going 1-0 with a 1.17 ERA and 11 K in 6 IP for the champs; he beat Panama. The Chiba Lotte Marines selected him in the 3rd round of the 2023 NPB draft; the scout was Shin Matsuda. He went 0-2 with a 2.37 ERA in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2024, and he debuted on March 30, 2025. Kimura set a NPB record as he started his career with 10 consecutive hitless innings.
