Biographical Information

Yuta Izuguchi has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Izuguchi was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the 4th round of the 2023 NPB draft; the scout was Toshiki Sakurai. He played 66 games with a .201/.280/.268 batting line in his rookie year, and he was selected into the 2025 NPB All-Star Game. Izuguchi was 2-for-4 with a RBI single against Chihiro Sumida in Game 2.
