Biographical Information

Yusuke Kusuki was drafted by the Rakuten Golden Eagles in the 5th round of the 2008 NPB draft, and he only got 9 at-bats in 2010 for the big club then he was traded to the Yakult Swallows for Yoshitaka Hashimoto in 2011. Kusuki didn't return to the big club again, and he he announced his retirement in 2013. His father Toru Kusuki also played in NPB. The outfielder had hit .266/.338/.405 in the Japanese minors.
