Biographical Information

Yukikazu Sano was drafted by the Orix Buffaloes in the 5th round of the development phase in the 2020 NPB draft, and he was 0-for-8 in 2021. He only got 2 at-bats combined for the big club in 2022, and he announced his retirement in 2023. He then became a scout for Orix, signing Yosuke Kubota, Shu Takaya and Ryoma Yamanaka.
