Biographical Information

Shu Takaya has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Takaya was drafted by the Orix Buffaloes in the 5th round of the 2025 NPB draft; the scout was Yukikazu Sano. He made his NPB debut on April 3, 2026 against the Nippon Ham Fighters, and he got his first strikeout against Kotaro Kiyomiya.
