Biographical Information

Yuki Takamori was drafted by the Yokohama BayStars in the 4th round of the 2006 NPB draft, and he hit .095 in the Eastern League in 2007. He improved to .274/.370/.439 in 2008, and he hit for a cycle against the Chiba Lotte Marines on August 29. Takamori was the youngest player to hit for a cycle in the NPB Farm Leagues. He then had a .309/.376/.501 batting line in 2010, and he led the minors with 112 hits. Takamori also debuted on October 3, and he collected his first hit against Takahiro Aoki in the next day. However, Takamori didn't return to the big club again, and he announced his retirement in 2012.
