Biographical Information

Trevor Paine played his high school ball at Jesuit High School in Carmichael, CA. He was a freshman at Sacramento State University in 2008 when he posted a 4.50 ERA in 22 innings of work. He only threw 6 innings in 2009 before transitioning to a hitter full-time in 2010 when he hit .379. In his senior year he hit .308 playing in 51 games.

From 2014-2016 Paine was the hitting coach at Southwest Minnesota State University. Paine came back to California in 2017 as an assistant coach for Menlo College. In 2018 he moved to William Jessup University helping the Warriors win the 2018 Golden State Athletic Conference title. He was promoted to head coach for William Jessup in 2019.
