Biographical Information

Toshio Ando signed with the Kintetsu Buffaloes in 1960, and he only pitched 2 games combined in his first three seasons. He was 1-8 with a 3.96 ERA in 39 appearances in 1964, but he didn't reach the big club in 1965 and he announced his retirement.
