Biographical Information

Toshiki Okuda was drafted by the Hanshin Tigers in the 5th round of the 1966 NPB draft, and he stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in his first season. He had a 4.09 ERA in 7 games in 1968, but he only got 2 more appearances for the top team before he announced his retirement in 1972. He led the Western League with 15 wins in 1969.
