Biographical Information[edit]
Teiji Kojima signed with the Chunichi Dragons in 1948, and he was 3-for-9 in 27 games in his first season. He was then turned into a pitcher, but his ERA was 5.00 in 5 games in 1949. He allowed 16 runs in 12 innings in 1950, and he pitched 4 games with a 11.57 ERA in 1951. Kojima went 0-for-2 in 1952, then he announced his retirement. He coached the Dragons from 1963 to 1964
