Biographical Information

Steve Baumiller played for the USA national baseball team and in the minor leagues.

Baumiller was drafted by the Washington Senators in the 3rd round of the 1970 Amateur Draft, but he didn't sign and went to college. He represented the USA in the 1972 Amateur World Series. The Cleveland Indians picked him in the 16th round of the 1973 Amateur Draft, and he was 1-3 with a 5.82 ERA for the GCL Indians in 1973. That was his only season as a professional player.
