Biographical Information

Soichi Yokotani signed with the Hanshin Tigers in 1983, and he spent his first four seasons in the NPB Farm Leagues. He went 16-for-69 in 45 games in 1988, and he was 17-for-57 in 1989. However, Yokotani only played 12 more games before he announced his retirement in 1994.

Overall, Yoda hit .243/.281/.382 with 37 hits in 4 seasons in NPB.
