Slovakia

Slovakia is a country in eastern Europe. Until 1992, it formed the eastern part of Czechoslovakia, then split from Czechia in what was an amicable separation. Slovakia made the European Championship for the first time in 2021. The first major league player born in the country was Adam Macko, although he moved to Ireland and then to Canada as a boy. Jakub Ižold was the first minor league player from Slovakia.
