Biographical Information

Shota Tomonaga was drafted by the Chunichi Dragons in the 3rd round of the 2014 NPB draft, and he was 1-for-18 in 2015. He went 2-for-9 in 2016, and he collected 4 hits in 16 at-bats in 2017. Tomonaga stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2018, and he announced his retirement after he was hitless in 9 at-bats in 2019.
