Biographical Information

Richard Goodbred pitched in the minor leagues from 1912 to 1926 with a cameo in 1928. He reached AA, the top minor league level at the time, in 1915-1916, before dropping to the A level Texas League and Southern Association in 1919-1923. Overall he was 141-123 in 15 seasons.

Goodbred also managed the Bloomington Bloomers to 43-88 record in the Three-I League in 1926.
