Biographical Information[edit]

Ray Anderson pitched two seasons for the Lexington A's of the North Carolina State League.

In 1949, Anderson went 8-10 with a 5.27 earned run average in 164 innings pitched. At the plate, he hit .121 with three doubles.

Ray was 2-5 in 1950 with a 5.73 ERA in just 66 innings. He did do better at the plate hitting .172 for the season.
