Randy Harvey

Randy Harvey worked as a replacement umpire in the American League in 1991 and 1995. In 1991, he worked on opening day after a strike by the regular umpires was resolved just as spring training was ending, but not in time for regular umpires to make it to their first assigned game. He worked second base at a game at Tiger Stadium on April 8th. Then in 1995, he worked five games as the regular umpires struck at the beginning of the regular season.

He worked the 2006 College World Series, 13 NCAA Division I Super Regionals, 13 NCAA Division I Regionals, the Division II World Series, Southeastern Conference, Atlantic Coast Conference, Sunbelt Conference, Atlantic Sun Conference and Conference USA.
