He was 10-for-30 with 3 walks and two homers in 2018-2019 and 13-for-66 with two walks, a double and four dingers in 2019-2020. In 2020-2021, he hit .262/.377/.379.
Blossoming, he crushed 26 homers with a .313/.423/.645 batting line for the Indios de Guantanamo in 2021-2022 CNL, and he led the league in homers (five ahead of runner-up Alfredo Fadraga); by this time, he was playing first base rather than catcher. He was second in total bases (169, 5 behind Yoelkis Guibert), third in HBP (17), second in K (59, 5 behind Over Cremet), 4th in slugging (between Guibert and Fadraga) and 5tn in OPS (between Guibert and Yordanis Samón). The Chunichi Dragons signed him, and he hit .203/.227/.281 in 21 games in 2022. He played 48 games with a .188/.235/.305 batting line in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2023, but he didn't reach the big club and he left the team. [2]
