Biographical Information

Nobuhiko Kanazawa signed with the Kintetsu Buffaloes in 1982, and he only got 7 at-bats combined for the big club before the Buffaloes released him in 1989. He signed with the Lotte Giants of the KBO, and he hit .264/.339/.423 in 73 games in 1990. Kanazawa slumped to .158/.220/.211 in 1991, and he announced his retirement. His brother Yukihiko Kanazawa also played in NPB.
