Biographical Information

Naoki Uchizono was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the 4th round of the 1999 NPB draft, and he allowed 5 runs in 4 innings in 2000. The Giants traded him to the Seibu Lions for Satoshi Kuroda in 2001, and he pitched 17 games with a 3.33 ERA in 2002. Uchizono only got 5 more appearances for the big club, and he announced his retirement in 2004.
