Biographical Information

Mitsuru Kondo was drafted by the Chunichi Dragons in the 4th round of the 1982 NPB draft, and he had a 3.38 ERA in 18 games in 1983. He only got 2 more appearances for the top team, and he announced his retirement in 1983.
