Biographical Information[edit]

Mike Fish wasn't the only player named Mike that had the last name of an animal to play for the Los Angeles Angels organization. Mike Trout is the other, although Mike Fish preceded him.

Fish was an outfielder drafted by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the 2013 Amateur Draft out of Siena College. He went on to play for six ball clubs in his four-year career, five of which were affiliates of the Angels. The highest level he attained was AA. In his final season, in 2016, he played for the Normal Cornbelters of the Frontier League. Fish’s combined totals include 311 hits, 149 RBI, and a .753 OPS in 289 games.
