Biographical Information[edit]

Catcher Max Garza played in the Pecos League from 2013 to 2016, hitting .283/.389/.381 with 10 home runs, 75 RBI and 56 walks in 128 games. Perhaps his best campaign was 2015, when he hit .294/.434/.412 with 6 home runs, 33 RBI and 37 walks (to 29 strikeouts) in 54 games for the Las Vegas Train Robbers. He managed the Train Robbers that year, as well, leading them to a 23-41, 3rd-place finish. He was the second of two managers for the Topeka Train Robbers in 2016, replacing Bob Fritz.
