Biographical Information

Masato Kagawa was drafted by the Kintetsu Buffaloes in the the 5th round of the 1977 NPB draft, and he was 5-0 with a 4.68 ERA in 1979. He suffered from an elbow injury, and he didn't return to the big club before he announced his retirement in 1983. His father Tadashi Kagawa also played in NPB.
