Loudoun County, VA

Loudoun County is located in northern Virginia, on the south bank of the Potomac River, west of Washington, DC; the county seat is Leesburg, VA. Its population has grown steadily starting in the 1990s with the expansion of Washington's suburbs to the area, giving it the third highest population of any county in the state. It sent a team to the 2019 Little League World Series.
