Biographical Information

Kiyohito Shimizu was drafted by the Chunichi Dragons in the 8th round of the 1997 NPB draft, and he stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in his first three seasons. He was 1-for-9 in 2001, and he only got 2 more at-bats for the big club before he announced his retirement in 2005.
