Biographical Information

Infielder Kevin Estrada was drafted in the 42nd round twice -- last by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 2002 amateur draft. He played in their system until 2006, briefly reaching Triple A that year, hitting .269/.338/.369 with 11 home runs, 106 RBI and 71 steals in 342 games. Perhaps his best campaign was 2005, when he hit .295/.354/.425 with 5 home runs, 19 RBI and 18 steals in 292 at-bats for the Springfield Cardinals.
