Biographical Information

Kenshin Hotta has pitched in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Hotta was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the first round of the 2019 NPB draft after they lost the lotteries for the rights to Yasunobu Okugawa and Tetsu Miyagawa; the scout was Takashi Kashiwada. He underwent Tommy John surgery and missed his first two seasons. Hotta was 6-3 with a 6.29 ERA in 2022, and he only pitched 3 games with a 8.10 ERA in 2023. He went 3-3 with a 2.45 ERA in 2024.
