Biographical Information

Kein Fukushima has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Fukushima was drafted by the Hanshin Tigers in the 2nd round of the development phase in the 2023 NPB draft; the scout was Katsuhiro Hiratsuka. He hit .245/.344/.306 with 15 steals in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2024, and he collected 33 steals with a .231/.338/.293 batting line in 2025. He led the Western League in steals in 2025. Fukushima made his NPB debut on April 2, 2026 against the Yokohama BayStars, and he got his first hit against Hiroki Tokoda next day..
