Biographical Information[edit]

Keerthana Bhasi debuted for the Indian women's national team in the 2025 Women's Baseball Asian Cup. Her first game came as a pitcher, in relief of Ramandeep Kaur. Taking over with a 8-0 deficit in the 6th against #2 Taiwan, she hit Yung-Cing Ciou, who stole second and took third on a grounder by Pei-Chen Huang. After a wild pitch made it 9-0, Chiao-Yun Huang tripled. Bhasi got Hsiao-Mei Chen on a grounder but Huang scored, ending the game due to the mercy rule. Her next game was as a pinch-hitter, batting for Posanipally Sowmya in the 7th with a 6-3 deficit against Thailand; she singled off Sirapat Kasornsuwan. She finished the event 1-for-4 with a HBP, posting a 52.50 ERA. Five pitchers posted higher ERAs in the tourney. [1]
