Biographical Information

Kazutomo Ueki was drafted by the Hanshin Tigers in the 2nd round of the 1968 NPB draft, and he was 0-2 with a 4.32 ERA in his first season. He allowed 5 runs in 6 innings in 1970, and he pitched 11 games with a 5.25 ERA in 1971. Ueki only got 7 more appearances for the big club, and he announced his retirement in 1973.
