Biographical Information

Kazuo Onishi was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the 5th round of the 1973 NPB draft, but he refused to sign. The Kintetsu Buffaloes picked him in the 2nd round of the 1975 NPB draft, and he had a 2.12 ERA in 9 games in 1976. He didn't reach the big club again, and he announced his retirement in 1981.
